    About the Project

    NeoHeights

    Citizen NeoHeights [UPRERAPRJ16514] is an Ultra Luxurious, Cleverly Smart, and Surprisingly Affordable group housing scheme with over 70% open space, developed in the posh Civil Lines area of Prayagraj as one of the first smart homes projects in the proposed Smart City of Prayagraj. The project was initially marketed at almost 20% below the prevailing market rates in the vicinity and soon gained recognition as one of the most affordable projects in the area.

    The project is approved by the Prayagraj Development Authority, and the construction was successfully completed. The total salable built-up area of the project was approximately 137,000 sq. ft.

    In this project, 98 residential units were developed, including 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments. The building consists of G+8 floors spread across two towers.
