Additional Charges :

  • The consideration mentioned here is for the indicated unit and is not inclusive of additional amounts towards Stamp Duty, Registration Charges and legal / miscellaneous expenses etc, which shall be payable as per rules.
  • Government Taxes, GST as applicable from time to time shall be payable by the allottee in addition to the price consideration as stated above.
  • Preferred Location Charges (PLC), if applicable, which is over and above the basic price as mentioned in the price list, shall become payable as per the terms of the offer.
  • Corner Units will be charged an additional 10% of plot value.
  • Park Facing Units will attract an additional 7.5% charge over plot value.
  • Park Rear PLC will be charged 5% extra over plot value.
  • Interest Free Maintenance Deposit (IFMD) = Rs. 10/- per square feet of constructed area (paid directly to Homeowners' Association).
  • Maintenance charge (for 1st year) = Rs. 1/- per square feet of constructed area (paid directly to Homeowners' Association or Maintenance Agency, applicable from the time of handover of possession).
  • Underground Trunk Cable & Electric Panel Box = Rs. 20,000/- per unit.
  • Electric Connection Charge (ECC) / Society Electric Connection and Panel = Rs. 50,000/- (or on actual) per unit.
  • CCTV, EPABX and Internet Infrastructure = Rs. 10,000/- per unit.
  • Approach Road Contribution = Rs. 75,000/- per unit (paid to New Suncity Home Owners' Welfare Association).
  • Contribution for STP and WTP System = Rs. 45,000/-.
  • New Suncity Township (Recreation, Sports Centre, Swimming Pool Membership) = Rs. 25,000/-.
Note: All the above additional charges have to be paid directly either to Home-Owners' Association, third-party service providers, or vendors.
